Yoas; Chairman Marjorie Grady Juanita Hicks .Gerry Kelley Weldon Nonnenmacher Jim Sheehan / Gerry Kelley reported that Den Hanson needs to know and cannot find out who the warden in Dept. 513 is. We will sponsor 2 more defensive driving classes, in March and April. Juanita will contact Larry Smith at COM regarding this. Also need to know if 2nd half of class can be taken prior to taking first, to make it more convenient for shift workers. (Yes, this can be done) Planning has begun on the 1977 first quarter presentation. It will be held in March; the subject will be yarawork safety, especially regarding lawn mowers and r yard equipment. Weldon and Gerry are to check catalogs in Safety Dept, to see if we can get a filmon this subject. We plan to show the film, and then have the audience participate in relating first hand experiences with accidents of this type. Second quarter presentation will be on office safety. Weldon and Gerry will also try to find a film on this subject. We would like to use the Safetycontact 76 cards for suggestions on this program. Chuck will ask if we can get the cards having to do with office safety back from the supervisors. .Chuck was asked the question "What does a supervisor do if he gets safety suggestions?" The consensus was that he should write a letter to SHAC. We will have anotht meeting Wednesday, February 16, at 1:00 p. m.
