McElroy - Maintenance Foreman - and Louis Dolezal - Carpenter Leadman - were present to discuss ladder policies and practices. 2. N. Broussard visited to review jurisdiction for ladders, wire and wire cutters. 3. Kos will review ladder policy with HSC to see if they can design a clamp to be used on ladders rather than wire. 4. Annual Inspection: 10/18, 19, 20 Premises No guides Host at each area Guidelines for inspectors will be prepared; time schedule; preparation guidelines (painting, etc.) Team members selected Bulletin Board Announcements; results presented 10/21. 5. Ladder Inspection will be done prior to Safety and Housekeeping Inspection. Osbum will investigate. 6. Quarterly inspections should be complete by September 24 with reports due October 8. Pictures will be taken in plant following quarterly and prior to annual inspection. 7. Next Week: - Safety Shower Highlights - Review 1981 Ladder Inspection Training Program - Layout plans for Quarterly Inspection. - Samples in offices. - Sample bottle disposal.
