Plant Safety Program The sub-committee's report was tentatively accepted. This program will not be issued as a Procedure Bulletin at this time, but it will be used by the individual superintendents in their particular departments. 2. Testing Pressure Tank Bombs This items was tabled until the next meeting. 3. Supervisors Safety Training For the Supervisors Safety Training Course, 83 names have been submitted. The textbooks have been ordered and it is planned to start this training during the week of July 10. There will be three classes running concurrently on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on a bi-weekly schedule. NEW BUSINESS 1. Hourly Safety Committee SC 16885 The matter of supervision Instructing workmen to clean up after a job, or transferring the men out before cleanup is possible, was discussed. The Board feels that this item regarding cleanup procedure is possibly the exception rather than the rule and will be handled by individual supervision as they see the need. 2. Springfield^ Safety Performance Index Mr. Chamberlin appointed a committee consisting of Messrs. Grissom, Kongable.
