(1). The exhaust ventilation system at B6 was checked by you and is in operable condition. (2). The exhaust ventilation at the chute opening on the Ripel disc brake pad preform press will be revised as you suggested with a hood larger than the chute opening so that the operator's hand with the container will be within the hood when the contents are dumped into the chute. This should provide satisfactory control. Mr. Hasselkus and Mr. Lombard will make certain that the installation is completed before the equipment is returned to production which at the present time is not scheduled for two or three months.
