Andrew is going to respond to Boozman's office directly but we discovered that going below the Treasury rate will reduce the amount of infrastructure not increase it.

Boozman is planning to introduce the SRF WiN Act on Wed of this week. I know your Team was looking to provide "Technical Assistance" re: the workability of a couple provisions and we wouid like to incorporate those improvements before introduction. As we discussed, the introduced Biii will likeiy be modified further prior to markup / floor consideration.
If you could send over Technical Assistance by noon tomorrow that wouid be extremely helpful. Please call my cell with any questions. Thanks again for your timely and thoughtfui counsel. This legislation shouid be a game changer.
