Strauss President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the forth coming year. Mr. Strauss is Vice President of American Smelt ing & Refining Co. The re-election of three Vice Presidents was also announced. They included John R. Englehorn, Vice President of St. Joseph Lead Co.; J. Gordon McCullough, President of Amex Lead & Zinc, Inc., a subsidiary of American Metal Climax Inc.; and H. J. Whitson, Vice President, National Lead Co. Permanent staff officers re-elected at this meeting were J. L. Kimberley, Executive Vice President; David M. Borcina, Secretary-Treasurer and Dorothy L.
