Makes recommendations directly to the Board of Directors on utilization of company funds, expenditures of new facilities involved, capital expenditures of over $1,000,000, new investment opportunities, retirement of facilities, and on general policies and on business objectives. 4. Approves personnel policies for the company; determines programs for executive development and approves the selection and promo tion of the executive personnel. Establishes rates of remunera tion and total compensation for all company employes and delegates implementation as necessary. 5. Approves worldwide public relations policies for the company. 6.
