Re: Netzley vs. McCrory
Dear Dr. Kehoe:
I want to thank you ag'ain for your much appreciated assistance in the above matter. I am disappointed that my client did not see fit to let the case go to a final determin ation by the jury, but when the price tag suddenly; dropped from S750,000.00 to $7,500.00 which was some thousand dollars less than the proven medical expenses it decided to be gener ous rather than incur the risk that is attendant in. any jury situation. I am still old-fashioned enough to.Jeel that when a claimant is entitled to nothing, that's what she bought to receive, but then I don't have to pay the judgments when I guess wrong!
Your assistance in preparation for the trial and your presence as a potential witness were important factors in achieving what my client feels was a most satisfactory re sult. Please send me your bill .for services, and I shall see to it that it is paid promptly.
Yours truly,
BIESER, GREER & LANDIS
