Parkinson and Messrs. MacPhee and Eye of the District. I believe they have made all of the major changes which we requested. There is one error which I have called to Mr. Chass' attention by telephone today. This was dis cussed previously with them, but apparently the wrong figure was used inadvertently. The maximum value found was on March 21 (Table II, page 12), but it was 1.5 instead of 2.2. This was checked with both Eldon and Marcel.
