Good morning Cara - I am reaching out to share that Chevron has several ROW requests before the Carlsbad Field Office that are being held up in response to SO 3415. Several of these were submitted many months ago but are needed in the next few weeks. It sounds like the Carlsbad Field Office has been cleared to approve other types of authorizations and it is important that ROWs are included in items they can process and approve.
