We understand that ECHA is currently discussing a work plan for the PFAS restriction discussions with timelines for the different sectors of use. As already proposed in our submission to the stakeholder consultation, we emphasize the need to include, with the Transport sector, maritime transportation as well as non-road mobile machinery. Similar components are used in all the equipment that we manufacture, for the same technical reasons and challenges with alternatives are the same.
