Units (EGUs) at the Healy Power Plant in Healy, Alaska. These two EGUs are subject to the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NES1IAP) in 40 CFR 63 Subpart UUUUU. GVEA is requesting a Presidential Exemption from the following standards for these two EGUs under Clean Air Act Section 112(i)(4). Detailed information to support this request is provided below.
