They informed us that nitrogen blankets for future loadings would NOT be necessary. However, they did express their appreciation for our cooperation in providing nitrogen for the first loading with the new system. Evidently they had experiences that didn't go well on the west coast with major companies, which they felt had more time and experience in the vapor recovery area than Koch, and they were nervous about the first loading at Corpus. Much more important were their comments concerning Koch's system, the engineering of it, and Koch's personnel attending the loading. OST/Hvide departed the loading extremely impressed, particularly with the engineers and materials handling personnel. They said we were very fortunate to have people with that level of professionalism and capability. They said that their west coast experiences could not begin to compare to their experience at Corpus.
