W. Contract 14-4590 SCHEDULE Dear Mr. Anderson: This letter is partially in answer to your August 15 letter and also to Mr. C. F. O'Brien's letters FW-95 and FW-101 . We have reviewed your pro posal and agree to add the extra cost of $206,000 to this project to meet the April 1, 1969, completion deadline. As a part of this agreement we propose to include in the contract a penalty clause of $5,000 per working day for each working day that completion is delayed beyond the scheduled completion date. Your proposed contract is now in the hands of our Legal Department and we will fry to return this at an early date and Include any proposed changes.
