The initiaflield survey resultedin severalissuesthatrequireeitheramendment or inclusionintothe defmed protocolforthe fieldstudy. ProtocolChanges Section 11.1.4 along with S OP M3-F-6 describesthe labelingof samples collectedduring the study.In additiontothe samples highlightedin both ofthesedocuments, labelswillbe produced for'TripBlank' samples. The QAPP describesthe collectionof samples fortheBattelleColumbus facilitoynly. At the clientrsequestsamples willbe collectedfortw'o additionlaboratoriest.he laboratories includetheclients'inhouse' environmentallab and a thirdpartyvalidationlab. The additionsoftheseunexpected samples triplethe number of containerscollectedduring fieldactivitiesT.o ensure accuratesample controla labelingnomenclature system has been implemented. Samples forBattellewillcontaina numerical identifietrhatcorrespondsto a given matrixfollowedby a 'B'. Samples fortheclientwin containthesame numerical identifiebrut willcontaina 'K' followingthenumber.
