Dear Bill;
In response to your request at Louisville, I am sending herewith a m erao prepared by Mr. Leach, our Business Manager, which represents some approximation, at least, of the expense, past_^ and future, which seems likely to be associated with our investi gation as presently agreed upon. .
I hope this will be satisfactory for your purposes. If you have any questions or comments, do not hesitate to let me know.
Incidentally, the item of mine and George .Roush for travel to Louisville could not be handled through the University and so t included them in the overall cost of this project. Any future travel, arranged in advance, will be handled within the University proce dure. This is a mere detail, but the University wilt not, and cannot, without great difficulty, handle these except on a tax-free basis, and this is why I had to handle this in a personal manner.
Sincerely,
Robert A. Kehoe, M. D.
