The Inspection Teams will consist of represen( tatives from PMSB, SHAC, ESC, OSC, and first-line supervisors. The SHAC member assigned to each team will contact you to arrange a suitable time for this inspection. He will also notify the appropriate unit/area supervisor and arrange for guides to accompany the team. Special emphasis will be given to use of Safety Procedures and availability of Safety P-Bulletins. Observations should be discussed with the guide following the inspection.
