DATE OF SURVEY May 4, 1979 SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS Good judgement and proper housekeeping techniques by insulators kept the exposure to asbestos fibers at a minimum. The job was wet down with a water hose and dismantled with the minimum amount of cutting. Mr. R. Raines and Mr. E. Davis were involved with the work. Mr. Raines did the actual stripping and wore a 3M disposable dust mask and gloves. The stripped material was bagged and labelled for landfill. The exposure was well below the TWA of 2 fibers/cc and a ceil ing value of 10 fibers/cc. RESULTS Location Bldg. 720, South Pit Personnel R.
