1 He seems to be proceeding on a theory, or a 2 cause of action, that really disassociates Ford's 3 conduct away from any product, and I don't understand 4 that. 5 I mean, basically in his introductory 6 remarks, I think Mr. Hoffman made the strongest case 7 for my motion for judgment. And I understand the 8 Court overruled that. 9 But I think the fact remains that there is 10 no evidence here that the plaintiff was ever exposed 11 to any product supplied or manufactured -- I don't 12 think there is any evidence of manufactured, but 13 supplied or manufactured by Ford, and I am not exactly 14 sure where we go with the plaintiff's interesting 15 theory of negligence. 16 THE COURT: I wouldn't suggest you repeat 17 yourself, but if you want to -18 MR.
