("Cimarex") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2020-3388, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the Texas Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the Texas State Implementation Plan. Pursuant to the AOC, Cimarex agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 32 to be completed within 210 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than February 7, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 32.d., of all work completed under the AOC, dated January 27, 2021.
