Please note that this letter does not "withdraw" the appeal. Thus, the claim will still be alive procedurally until twenty days have elapsed following receipt of the Regional Board's order affirming the decision below. However, it is unlikely that the Industrial Commission would accept an appeal by the claimant because they generally apply a rule that where the original allowance order and the decision on the first appeal are the same a second appeal will not be accepted.
