He was advised today by Mr. John O'Neil of OSHA that there will be no emergency standard on vinyl chloride. 2. A proposed permanent standard wi^l be published in about two weeks. 3. OSHA is sending a team to the Gulf Coast area to conduct on-site informational reviews for the purpose of examining manufacturing practices and developing a realistic proposal for a standard.
