The UPA is a trade association representing the domestic uranium industry, winch is committed to responsible, environmentally sound production practices, both before, during, and after mining operations. However, there arc several EPA regulations that should be revisited or eliminated to ensure our industry can remain productive and competitive in this global market. Wc are writing to request a meeting to discuss EPA policies that have a direct impact on our industry. The leadership of the domestic uranium companies are available to be in Washington, D.C. in late May or in early June. Thank you in advance for your consideration. Respectfully submitted.
