Feel free to edit into your more compact version but our internal run of show is below. I am going to talk to our tour lead and security director to determine the best way to start the tour given we are starting at the training center but my instinct is we will shuttle the group from there to the beginning of the fabrication shop area as walking that is a whole lot of empty space and dead time.
One note is that we are compressing the two tours quite a bit from their normal length as well as introducing some transportation that we usually don't do given the starting point. Usually, one of the big time killers that gets us behind schedule even on normal length tours is if the principal gets really engaged with a worker or with the tour leads on a given topic and stops moving. Obviously that is great but I am going to have my guys prepared to keep it running as quickly as possible. However, I know they are not going to feel comfortable rushing the Secretary. Just flagging that in case someone is staffing him and has the ability to nudge along. We are going to have to move at a somewhat brisk pace.

Thanks Nick. For clarity, are you all meeting at the front gate of the shipyard or going directly to the training academy? Now that the TA is first, it may be easier to go directly there since it is outside of the shipyard boundaries.

Ahead of Mondays visit to Hanwha Philly Shipyard, on behalf of the Com ms team we'd like to gather some information about your needs/ requests for t he visit as well as gather an idea of what press presence will look like.
Could you please detail to us what your plans are for inviting and confirming press/ media? Also, will you be coordinating a press release/ media advisory? Please let us know what you will need from us for any alerts going out.
From our end, so long as weather permits, we could stage the press avail outside the Training Academy and that portion will directly follow the Training Academy tour and conversations. Press will set up in the parking lot in front of the speaking set up.
