On to actual stuff: sounds like we're on track, and moving ahead with Allspice for food. Sarah Olsen, who will be joining us Saturday and is copied here, is taking lead on that outreach for now. One question we've got is how early the caterers can get in there for setup; in the past, we've done that at least a couple of hours in advance (so, like 6:00 am would be great, if that works for everyone). Sarah may have additional questions, but I'll let her pose those. Danny gave me instructions on Govs bios and possible Qs, which I'll deliver separately. One thing I promised you today is a list of attendees for security. That's attached as an Excel file; if you need more information than what we've got here, let me know. Hi Danny and Ashley: Hope everything is going well, and that we're still on track to have the Governors over there on Saturday. A few updates: See the latest run of show for the list of Governors and Cabinet attending - we're up to 11 Governors and 3 Cabinet members. And thanks for your help with outreach to those folks - it's really appreciated! At this point, we've also got 19 staff RSVPs, so at least 30 folks trying to get in your door, not including security detail. We'll get you the current list at some point tomorrow, and let you know of any additional folks by 6:00 pm EST on Wednesday, as previously discussed. I'm sure we'll get some stragglers Tuesday and Wednesday. Sorry if there was confusion around the question of a side room / overflow room. From our initial conversation, it sounded like you were planning to have some space not in the Secretary's office for food setup and with some chairs for staff if everyone couldn't fit. From Kevin, it sounded like that plan had changed. I just want to make sure we've got room for everyone, even if it's not in the actual room. If you look at the run of show, we're not promising that folks will be able to see or hear conversation in the Secretary's office, just that they'll have some proximity to what's going on. I still haven't heard back on catering options. If it's useful, we used Allspice Catering last time DOI hosted the Governors.
