1 .1have asked our Jeff Kimball to act as the primary point of contact for your on the ground teams in working with EPA 2. Accordingly, I would appreciate if you all would accommodate his attendance at a meeting I heard you are organizing for the public on Monday evening. He is there simply as a technical support person for you to avail yourself of. 3. We can offer 3-two person teams to slide next to your folks to help with sampling efforts. We can assemble them yet this weekend if necessary. 4. We can help with analyzing samples that are taken. Regions one and three have lab capacity. 5. We could offer some assistance to Parchment on the design of a carbon filtration system if appropriate. 6. We will help expedite any permitting that is required for flushing. 7. We can offer organizational support i.e. incident command system if necessary.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me over the weekend if need be. Thanks for making sure we were apprised of the situation in a very timely manner and we appreciate the efforts of Michigan DEQ to do a good job in collecting and analyzing the science and informing the public.
