M i l l s A venue Norwood, Ohio Dear Doctor Obetz In accordance with your letter of December 2nd, I have examined Mr* and I enclose herewith a report which presents the r e s u W s of my examination* I believe it is self explanatory* I have considered the possibility that Mr. may have had a considerable exposure to load* In m y opinion this would be a matter of secondary importance but It seems pertinent to m e to Inquire into the extent of such exposure, in as much as It is conceivable that such an exposure may have been a contributing factor In a general lack of resis tance to an infectious process* The heart condition is u n doubtedly of the latter type and in m y opinion It Is the sole cause of his present disability, I shall make a later report o f the lead findings if there is anything of significance to report. Some ten days will be required I n obtaining this Information* I have done this on my own initiative rather than from a ny feeling that it Is likely to r O s u ^ ^ i n an y important Information in furtherance of Mr* V | U n H | claim for compensation. '' MBTM'* I enclose herewith a bill for my services which I trust will be in keeping with Industrial Coimhission^ fees. If it Is out of line,I I shall not object to accept ing any-com pensation which Is proper for such service* Very truly yours, R A K IS 0016584
