Sent: Tuesday, May 2, 2017 8:54 AM To: Hupp, Sydney <hupp.sydney@epa.gov> Subject: Meeting with Administrator Pruitt I would like to arrange a meeting with Administrator Pruitt to introduce him to NSSGA. NSSGA represents the aggregates industry, which provides the raw material in asphalt, concrete and cement used in nearly every construction or infrastructure project and employs over 100,000 in the U.S. We are very encouraged about the direction of EPA under Administrator Pruitt and would like to discuss our industry's unique issues, including air and water issues such as WOTUS and Conductivity. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information. We would like an in person meeting with our President and CEO, Michael Johnson, Senior Vice President, Government and Regulatory Affairs Laura O'Neill-Kaumo, myself and Administrator Pruitt. We realize this is a very busy time for the Administrator, but would greatly appreciate a short meeting to discuss our industry's issues. Emily W. Coyner, P.G. See below the email I sent to Byron Brown seeking are response to my May 2, 2017 letter to the Administrator. So, far, I have had no response. I am desperately seeking a contact in the DC office to see if a meeting with the Administrator or one of his staff can be scheduled. The issue is dispute over fee collection which EPA Region 10 has initiated. We have had no luck settling this issue in the Region. So we are seeking a meeting in the DC office. Please help me contract the appropriate person to see if this meeting can be scheduled. This office represents SANLLC, a small limited liability corporation in Anchorage, Alaska. AS the attached letter will explain, SANLLC has been trying to settle an EPA Region 10 demand for reimbursement of costs for a voluntary cleanup which it conducted at a site in Anchorage. SANLLC has been unable to reach a settlement over the past two years of attempting to do so. This letter is written to ask for a meeting with you or one of your senior staff to see if an agreement can be reached on this issue. My clients are prepared to come to Washington, D C at any time to meet with you or any other EPA Headquarters staff of your choosing. This has been a long, drawn out process. SASNLLC wants to settle this matter and seeks your assistance to do sol. Please review this letter and please let SANLLC know if a meeting can be scheduled. Thanks for you leadership in EPA and please let SANLLC know if a meting in Washington DC can be scheduled. Please use me as point of contact. Thank you for you consideration of this request.
