Munger of the Tide Water Associated Oil Company, 1J Battery Place, NewYork, and would appreciate your giving same whatever attention you see fit: "We have received a letter from Boston attorneys representing -who claims he was subjected to boils caused by th^rume^o^Tydol Ethyl Gasoline. The attorneys state that Mr. David Peinstein resides at 13 Silver Road, Everett, Mass., and worked for Cambridge Auto Parking Co., 200 Cambridge Street, Boston, which is owned by a party by the name of Greenhood. They state that the boils started to appear during the month of Decem ber 1937* We are writing to call this matter to your attention and to ask if you have any information, with respect thereto. You have no doubt had experience with such claims and if you care to do so, I would appreciate very much having you give me any citations of cases or of memoranda or articles bearing on the subject for my information."
