Thank you very much for your letter of July 11, 1969 and the report of your assessable tonnage. A membership invoice based on this tonnage for a half-year will be sent you shortly. Future assessments will be invoiced and sent you on July 1 of each future year.
Your name will be placed on our list as the official representa tive, John Haru run's name will also be placed on the membership list and except in very rare instances, proxies, etc. he will receive everything you do.
Zt has been a very long time since Z have had the pleasure of meeting with John, some years ago, and 1 won't say how many, he and Z saw one another quite frequently. Do give him my best and hopefully we will get together sometime in the near future.
