Kountz H. F. Ray I have reviewed the installation of this tank with Messrs. Ray and Clifton and the tank will be available for biphenyl trans fer on June 17 from the existing unloading dock. In an emer gency we could unload from the new unloading docks, however, the Hemco drawbridges have not been installed, and we would have to take added precautions in climbing onto the tank car platforms for hookup at these spots.
