When it was pointed out that his cocpany had not been cooperative earlier, he replied that they had changed their minds, and he could overrule the legal depart ment. In his opinion, the grotp did not realize the seriousness of the situation. The meeting was then adjourned when Hadley had to leave for his flight. Another meeting was scheduled for S December. Members are to submit subjects for discussion so that an agenda can be prepared in advance and each company can resolve any proprietary matters before the meeting.

, The EPA Committee meeting has been rescheduled for Friday, October 25 at the Sheraton-Hopklns Inn, Cleveland, Ohio. This motel is right at the Cleveland Airport.
The meeting will convene at 10:30 a.m. and will adjourn so that flights at 5:00 p.n. or later can be scheduled. The agenda will include the following items.
