Many thanks, Ed. HSSE Continued focus on HSSE issues in the BTX industry is likely to be a requirement as a license to operate and an increasing cost component. Examples of currently active issues include: (a) along with Butadiene, Benzene is a target chemical in the US Clean Air Residual Risk rule and TCEQ exposure screenling levels; (b) Shanghai Health Study of Benzene exposure impacts; VCCEP, the US children's health programme, and (c) on-going Benzene litigation activity, namely in the US. The Shell Aromatics business has demonstrated proactive HSE leadership in recent years in areas such as Product Stewardship System implementation, reduction of Benzene emissions at manufacturing locations, proposal for a Shell global Occupational Exposure Limits (pending), and implementation of project CSAR at Moerdijk with its direct reduction in waterborne shipments of Benzene-containing cargoes. The latter example has been a key feature of the Aromatics HSSE continual improvement strategy, ie., to reduce where possible waterborne benzene shipments. The SHELL-MCCLURG-061914 increasing involvement of Shell in BTX trading has created a dilemma with respect to this strategic objective by creating significant increases in Shell's involvement in BTX shipments.
