The date for our rasetin3 which is mutually convenient is Monday, June 17. All have signified ability to attend. The ceetinc will be held ir. the Johns-Manville Board Room on the 11th floor, 22 East AOth Street at 10 A.M. Tou are invited to be our guests at luncheon in the Board Room at 12:30. The meeting is expected to run fres 10 to 12:15 and fron 1:30 to 3 P.M. latest. It will open with a situation report by Clifford L. Sheckler. He la Inviting separately the members of his informal Asbestos Building Products Manufacturers Environmental Health Council, and they will also be available for consent. Also probably in attendance will be several J-M people who have been involved in this matter. The purpose of the meeting will be to determine any appropriate future series of actions by the Hlneral Tiber Products Bureau. It is recommended that the attendance at this meeting be restricted to the Board of Directors and the others mentioned above. In extending this invitation, I am acting on behalf of President A.H.
