This vas mainly in reference to a confidential memorandum dated June 16, 1944 that I had received from Mr. Wormser, Secretary of the Association. . I replied to his memorandum under date of June 27, 1944 and sent you a copy of my reply. Meanwhile, I am now in receipt of a further inquiry on this subject dated December 8, 1944.
