BRHC Oversight Committee: The API Executive Committee can meet no earlier than April 11 to review our approval and request for urgent advance funding of the Fudan Laboratory through Cinpathogen. Meanwhile, the laboratory and research program in Shanghai is at risk of stalling. Under the BHRC agreement with API, approval ofBHRC Oversight Committee actions by the API, including its Executive Committee, is not necessary.
