Gov. Scott Appoints Karen Tappin to Area Fifteen Family Care Council
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of Karen Tappin to the Area Fifteen Family Care Council.
Karen Tappin, of Vero Beach, is an advocate for persons with disabilities. She previously served in the United States Navy and the United States Coast Guard. She fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning October 24, 2017 and ending October 24, 2020.
