Gentlemen; In re: Our Construction Contract of November 15, 1951 You advise that you or your electrical sub - contractor s have contributed the sum of $548,25 to a trust fund created by the Nat ional Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brother hood of Electrical Workers to protect lump sum contracts awarded prior to the wage increase negotiated on April 7, 1952, The amount of the contribution was based upon the hours worked by journeyman electricians and apprentice electricians employed by you or by your sub-contractor on construction work in our Baton Rouge Plant during the period April 7, 1952, through June 6, 1952, You request that Ethyl Corporation agree to reimburse you the contributions made to the mentioned trust fund. Ethyl Corporation hereby agrees to reimburse you these con tributions.
