Bonjour
Cordialement,

Dear colleague,
Herewith we submit to you a Flemish proposal for a BE AOB-note for the next EU Environment Council.
Many thanks for your remarks and suggestions (by means of track
es) within the EN version. To be
able to consider appropriate
es to EN wording (other translation options) I also include the version
in Dutch.
Due to the short delays to introduce this at DGE level I would need your input/position on this text at the latest Wednesday 28/09/22, before 14:00 PM.
Kind regards,

] 21/09 COB - CCIEP PFAS WG - Input on the BE comment and draft PV of the WG
meeting
Dear colleagues,
Many thanks for the interesting discussions we had during the CCIEP meeting yesterday!
In the annex you can find the draft PV of this meeting, please don't hesitate to send any corrections/additions if necessary.
As discussed yesterday we have added some information in the Draft BE comment on the PFAS restriction in AFFF
products (see track
es in the annexed document). To ensure we finalize this comment in time I would like to
propose to please provide any further information on the following topics by Wednesday 21/09 COB:
o Information on the use of gaseous fire fighting products in data centers. Any data on which types of
PFAS are used, the costs of replacing installations, as well as available info on non-PFAS alternatives
would be most welcome.
2
o Additional data on PFAS contamination of sites where AFFF product have been used. o Data on the costs associated with cleaning up PFAS contaminated sites where AFFF products have been
used or produced. Regarding the CCIEP PFAS report, we will be sharing the final draft and further planning with you by the end of the following week, but please feel free to still provide feedback on the previously shared text. Many thanks in advance, and have a nice weekend! Kind regards,
