The seminar will be directed toward non-technical personnel and instruction will be limited to four (4) hours. We also wish to reconfirm the afternoon of Tuesday, November 7, 1989 as the date agreed upon. If the date must be changed, rescheduling should not present a problem. Biotechnics will prepare handouts and study guides to provide each participant with a sampling manual that can be used as a future reference and guide. We will compile the first copy and will ask that Vista Chemicals provides a copy for each participant.
