Keep in mind that the official compliance schedule will not be set until the OSHA regulation has been finalized. This is now expected to occur sometime around March 1992. In reviewing the required dates for the OSHA regulation please remember that the end completion date for tasks is still expected to be November 1996. In making determinations of what will have to be done in 1992, each plant must take into consideration the whole scope of the work required to comply with regulation deadline of 11/96.
