(Sorry for the Monday stuff but it was then or never.) The basic agenda for the meeting will be to address the action items in the November 23rd memo. Specifically we will begin to scope and define the next steps for existing products and review implementation training. We are committed to complete implementation training by March 1st. Bill McClain and I will develop the content. However, as discussed, we will need your assistance in scheduling and presenting (moral support at least) the training.
