J. 5h rubsail Oo* representative for tha 3.?. dowser -Jo. - J.ilgary Tear Harryt I had quits a discussion with Mr* A* J. ahrubaall relative to the underground tank from the H.T.A.F. station at High Sivsr, Albert* which was cleaned by hia man at dalgiry March 29, 19^5* A tank cleaning report was mafia by ne covering this tank and copies are in our files* You will recall that the writer was not able to be present for this job sc.puao to the sisse of the tank 170 3ble* ( 6,000 gallons),the nature of tha cleaning operation to be done, length of time involved etc* end having checked back before and after by phone as to how tha job was to be done, no particular danger was felt by no would bs. experienced by the men in their operation bumping out dents in the tank* According to Mr* 3hrubsa.il all of our regulations were followed in detail as pointed out in the tank cleaning report. Tha tank was steamed 16 hr*, by the dritiah <Vsoricah Oil Co. for Mr. -vhrubaall. All four men wars in the tank during the cleaning operation, that ie , two would change off. The tank was thoroughly cleaned. Tha next day the men did the bumping operation, that is went inside to bump out dents in the shell* Two sen worked at a time in tha ttrik theg changed off with the other two, so all four.men were in tha tank. y the cams length of time.
