Lomlnska, manager of National Lead Company's paint testing station at Sayville, New York, died Monday, December 2, 1963 at age 5^-* Be was employed by National Lead Company at its Research Labo ratories at Brooklyn, New York, in 1931 and was named manager at Sayville in 1937- Since i960 he has been secretary of Committee D-l on Paints,-;Varnishes, Lacquers and Related Pro ducts of the American Society for Testing and Materials. He was also an active member of the Federation of Societies for Paint Technology and New York Society for Paint Technology.
Mr. Lomlnska received his LL.B. and LL.M. from St. John's University, Brooklyn, New York.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, David and Robert and two daughters, Susan and Betsy.

HEW YORK, DECEMBER 4, 1963 - Clemense A. Lominska, manager of National Lead Company's paint testing station at Sayville, Nev York, died Monday, December 2, 1963 at age 54. He was employed by National Lead Company at its Research Laboratories at Brooklyn, New York, in 1931 and was named manager of Sayville in 1937* Mr. Lominska was a recognized authority on the testing procedures for determining the performance of exterior house paints and marine finishes. Since i960 he has been secretary of Committee D-l on Paints, Varnishes, Lacquers and Related Products of the American Society for Testing and Materials. He was an active member of the Federatipn of Societies for Paint Tech nology and New York Society for Paint Technology. Mr. Lominska was also active in the community. He was a member and past president of the Sayville School Board; member of the Rotary Club and was active in the Suffolk County Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Lominska received his LL.B. and LL.M. from St. John's University, Brooklyn, New York.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, David and Robert and two daughters, Susan and Betsy, of 69 Hamilton Street, Sayville.
