Uurphey, Socrctary of this meeting. The Minutes of Diroctors* meeting of October 25th, 1937 were read nil approved. Motion was made by l;r. D. A. Kohr, seconded by Mr. W. Wolcott and carried, that the Secrotary bo instructed to cast the ballot for the following officers for the cowing year: President - Geo. A. Martin First Vice President - II. D, Whittlesey Vico President - H. J. Main Vice Prosident - A. Yf. Stoudol Troasurer - L H. Sohrcedcr Seerotary T. G. liurphey.
