En general, your letter adequately reflects the substance of the conference. There is an implication in the second paragraph on the first page of your letter that there would necessarily be an elimination cycle following abnormal exposure to lead hair colorings. Since naqy individuals woul d use lead hair coloring on a. regular basis for years, an elimination cycle would be preclxxded.
