Process Description: Croniment purchases and consolidates stainless steel scrap from industrial suppliers and smaller scrap yards. The facility sorts the metal into similar qualities, loads it only trucks and sends it to stainless steel mills. Some materials are bailed, but most do not require any processing. Staff Interview: The facility does not accept appliances, ferrous material or items from the general public. The company operates approximately 6 yards nationwide.
