This survey was requested by Rayloc division management to assess employees' potential exposure to airborne asbestos fibers during typical Brake Department operations. The areas evaluated during this survey included Debonding, Delining, Disc Brake Riveting, Clutch Disc Drilling, and Receiving operations. Also during this survey, industrial hygiene air sampling was performed in the Cleaning Room to assess employees' potential exposure to perchloroethylene vapors during degreasing operations. 8oth personal and general area samples were taken to evaluate this exposure.
