Our goal is to accumulate the data necessary to write a petition by October 31. This activity will include a review of health and environmental data bases as well as development of an experimental octanol/water partition coefficient for DN0P. Concurrently, we will be gathering production and use information necessary for inclusion in the de-listing petition. Once the data is available, Aristech and Vista can re-evaluate whether the time is right to submit a SARA 313 delisting petition for DN0P. I expect a petition could be generated within 30 days of a decision to proceed. DN0P is a substance with minimal health and environmental impact. We believe it should have never been on the SARA list in the first place. I believe this correctly characterizes our plan on SARA delisting.
