Relatedly, the hold room inside the Mandarin will be Freer, which is located very close to the Grand Ballroom on the lower level. We will be expecting the Administrator to get situated there immediately after arrival at the Maine Avenue entrance at 9:30 on Tuesday morning. If it's OK with your guys, we would like our VP of Environment Policy, Quin Shea, copied herein, to meet the Administrator upon arrival and accompany him to the Freer Room. It is likely also that Sean Trauschke, CEO of OG&E, and Nicholas Akins, CEO of American Electric Power (both companies serve OK) will be on hand in or near the hold room, as well. As a reminder, Mr. Trauschke will be introducing the Administrator in the board meeting.
